Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks that have been worn (except if defective)
  • Socks that have been washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions (if clearly marked)

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or color? No problem! Email us at support@deeklo.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange. We’ll send you the new item as soon as we receive your return.

Our courier will typically leave the package in a safe location or with a neighbor. If that’s not possible, they’ll leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Can I return socks if I’ve tried them on?

Yes, as long as they remain unworn and unwashed with tags attached. However, once they’ve been worn outside or washed, we cannot accept them for return due to hygiene reasons.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Can I exchange my socks for a different style?

Absolutely! Email us at support@deeklo.com with your order number and let us know what you’d like instead. We’ll arrange the exchange for you.

What if my socks are defective?

We stand behind our quality. If you receive defective socks, contact us immediately with photos at support@deeklo.com. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund, and we’ll cover all return shipping costs.

Do I need to use the original packaging for returns?

While we prefer the original packaging, it’s not required. Just ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and all tags are attached.
