Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund, provided it’s unworn, in its original condition, and has the tags still attached.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll send you return instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the item reaching us.

Exchanges

UK size exchanges are free. Buying leather online is a judgement call and you shouldn’t pay for getting it wrong first time. Tell us the size you have and the size you need, and we’ll arrange it.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage. This is separate from and in addition to the standard returns policy.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Our 30-day policy extends this, and does not replace it.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing on this page affects those statutory rights.

Before you return — check the fit first

Leather relaxes with wear and a new jacket should feel slightly snug. If it feels marginally tight across the back but zips fully and lets you cross your arms, it may well be the right size. Our size guide covers what a correct fit looks like.
