Sizing help
If you’re between sizes or unsure how a particular jacket runs, send us your chest and shoulder measurements along with the jacket you’re considering, and we’ll tell you which size to order. We’d much rather do that than process a return.
Existing orders
Include your order number in your message. For exchanges, tell us the size you have and the size you need — UK exchanges are free and we’ll send the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back.
Response times
Monday to Friday, within one working day. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.
